It has been pretty cold around here and the snow has come to Oregon. They are saying we will be getting even more in the next couple of days. When our city sees snow the town almost closes down. Kids will probably not have school the whole week. Most kids will not mind this! It is nice to see parents playing with their kids and showing them a lot of attention. With the roads being so bad and not many cars on them, many people are outside playing. Sure it is slow for local retailers during this snow storm, but when the snow clears up people will bombard the stores buying gifts for Christmas.
